The company I work for hosts a regular series of 'webinars' on various scientific topics (I'd like, at this point, to morally object to such an abortion of a word).
Last week they held one at 9am.
At 8:45am, a gentleman entered the reception of our London office and asked which room the 'webinar' was in.
So it just goes to show - you can be a Professor of Physics at a world-renowned University and still be as thick as pig shit.
There is indeed hope for us all.

To be fair to him, it's an ambiguous word. My first thought was spiders.
Just as bad as someone overheard the other day saying they were going to "chillax" over the weekend....
The webinar
is over thar
not too far
by the bar
there you are...dumbass.
I would have said that...just to be annoying.

If his firewall and telephone system is as useful as ours I can well understand him leaving his office.
gb - they were given pretty explicit instructions, but the Professor in question thought that everyone would meet in a big room and talk to each other using computers.
Nutter.
weenie - chillax is bad. I hope you hit them!
Sweet Cheeks - it couldn't have confused him more :)
Kevin - left his office and travelled 80 miles by train!
He probably wanted a free trip out from his office for the day. As good an excuse as any...
Alfa Male
80 miles from the office sounds bloody good to me!
Kevin & Alfa Male - are you the same person? *narrows eyes*
I'm not. Is he?
