That sinking feeling....

If I accurately described what is going on at work at the moment, you wouldn't believe me. So instead you can have some doodles that highlight my current working life.

I call this 'What my department would be like if it was a well-known ship (and it doesn't half feel like it some days)', or 'My Managers are Clueless Numpties' for short.

And yes, I did do all of that this evening. Frustration can be a real motivator :)

Haha, that is awesome. That would be a sheer case of i-Diocy. :)

I'd say 3/4 of the apps out there are ridiculous. Although my favourite is still Flight Control. That is AWESOME and it's the only app i'm still using after almost a year.

I can't keep up with all the new stuff. Are there really phones with keyboards on them? I think my fingers would be too big.

Veggie - thanks :) It's not in the same league as your doodles though!

In reality, we're spending money building an iPhone app when a) we don't have iPhones and b) all our services are available on the web anyway.

Fucking numpties.

gb - they do indeed, though they're virtual keys. Until they do a decent holographic interface then I'll stick to using my phone as a phone :)

Sounds a bit like a ginormous bank that I worked for a couple of years ago. One of the developers I wored with said we were making curtains for the life boats. So true...

I'm old school - I still have the flip phone that I got in 2005. Works like a champ!
